Save Darfur's Candles Symbolise Light

E! Entertainment and SPE networks partner with the Prime society for a show-stopping red carpet event

Stars from E! Entertainment and Sony Pictures Entertainment Networks–Asia glammed it up at Singapore restaurant The Prime Society’s Hollywood–styled party last month.

Celebrities including Allan Wu, Mohini Sule, Oli Pettigrew and Linda Black walked the red capret.

The glitzy event saw local TV host Jaymee Ong present five ‘Best Dressed’ Awards to the ladies, with the ‘Most Kissable Man’ Awards going to five gorgeous hand–picked men.

Australian consumers get stuck on Stikki Notes

Crocmedia Australia PR client, Stikki, has announced a national distribution deal with Officeworks for their innovative Carbon Neutral Paper Stikki Notes.

Carbon Neutral Paper Stikki Notes offer a greener alternative to regular post–it notes, as they are made from 100% ENVI carbon neutral paper – the only paper certified by the Australian Government’s Department of Climate Change. The distribution agreement will see the Australian–made product available in Officeworks stores all over the country starting in November.

Notorious New York Hotel inspires new Australian Street wear label

New Crocmedia Australia PR client, Black Betty, has just released a debut range of edgy t–shirts inspired by the turbulent history of the infamous Chelsea Hotel in New York.

The Chelsea Hotel has long been regarded a hotbed of creativity, with many celebrities from the film and music industry calling it home over the years.

Off the Bench

Crocmedia’s Off the Bench is again in the running for the prestigious Victorian Country Football Media awards.

Following another strong season in 2009, Off the Bench radio has been nominated in the category of Best Radio Football Show.

Off the Bench TV, meanwhile, is nominated for Best Television Football Coverage.

It is the second year in a row both programs have been nominated for the awards, which are held each year by the governing body of Australian Rules Football in Victoria.

Off the Bench TV screens weekly across Victoria on the WIN TV network and dominated ratings in 2009, attracting as much as a 65% audience share throughout the season. The program, hosted by Crocmedia CEO, Craig Hutchison, will hit the air for a third season in 2010.

After starting as a one–hour pre–recorded radio program syndicated on four stations in 2006, Off the Bench radio has developed into one of the most popular football related radio shows in Australia – now running four hours every Saturday morning across 26 stations throughout Australia during the football season.

Singapore celebrates Melbourne Cup day in true Aussie-Style

Hot Summer Campaign

Crocmedia’s news, sales and public relations team collaborated to help bring Kooey Swimwear’s latest print campaign to life, through the pages of the much–read Women’s Health and Fitness Magazine this month.

Crocmedia works closely with Blitz publications to provide content through our Los Angeles news bureau and Melbourne sales division. The brand funded print opportunity was identified as a key branding opportunity by Kooey’s account management team in LA.

Kooey Swimwear partnered on a story about Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr for the magazine’s bumper December issue. The story included brand and logo integration.

Kooey Swimwear is an Australian company known for vibrant swimwear designs reflecting Australia’s unique colours and landscape.

Diana joined Crocmedia earlier this year after studying Biochemistry in Perth. Writing all those university reports, including her thesis, has proved invaluable training for her venture into the world of PR where she has been bitten by the communication/storytelling bug.

2. She is currently training for the Standard Chartered Singapore Half-Marathon
    in December.
