ESHU on display in Trumans NYC

Aussie men’s skincare range and Crocmedia client, ESHU, was featured in display windows of prominent New York grooming store, Truman’s Gentlemen’s Groomers in December. New York men were chosen to step up into Mrs. Claus’ barber chair for a holiday treat. The Live Window Holiday Series saw men massaged, shaved, clipped and maintained in the shop’s window, all with ESHU products. ESHU contains unique ingredients such as Kakadu plum and Paperbark oil, sourced from the Australian outback.

Crocmedia News hangs with stars at Sundance

Crocmedia News bureau chiefs James Swanwick and Dylan Howard and CEO Craig Hutchison interviewed a host of Hollywood celebrities at the Sundance Film Festival in Utah in January. Peepshow post editor edits new Pepsi Ads

The editor of Crocmedia’s new post-production client, Peepshow Post, helped produce a new Pepsi TV commercial, which debuted during the high-rating US Presidential Inauguration. Peepshow Post’s Andrea MacArthur edited the commercial, seen by millions of Americans during President Obama’s swearing-in ceremony.

Good Hair Day

Pattern baldness is a condition that affects many men but until recently has never been considered a problem for women.

Crocmedia client, National Hair Institute, says many women are suffering from hair loss but are too embarrassed to do anything.

One NHI patient, Nasira, has just had a successful hair replacement treatment. By telling her story she hopes she can inspire other women to do something about what is a very treatable condition.

Crocmedia Hirings

Crocmedia welcomes Dylan Howard and Brad Eaton to its respective New York and Melbourne offices.

Howard joins Crocmedia News and will work out of its New York office. Howard joins after four years at Seven Network in Melbourne.

Eaton will work in Melbourne alongside Crocmedia’s General Manager – Media Sales, Nicole Costello, in a senior sales role. Eaton most recently worked for Mildura Radio Centre and brings extensive radio sales experience to the role.

Super Bowl Mania

Crocmedia has been swept up in Super Bowl fever. Crocmedia CEO Craig Hutchison and Crocmedia News’ NY Bureau Chief Dylan Howard reported back to Australia throughout the world’s most anticipated sports event. Australia went wild for Aussie punter Ben Graham, who took the field with the Arizona Cardinals. Graham was the first Australian to play in a Super Bowl.

Pancake Parlour extends contract on All Night Appetite until June

The Pancake Parlour has continued its principle support of Crocmedia’s nightly radio show, the All Night Appetite on SEN, signing until 30 June 2009.

All Night Appetite host Andrew Lowther will represent Crocmedia in the Pancake Parlour’s Annual Pancake Eating contest in Melbourne on Shrove Tuesday, 24 February 2009.

Crocmedia–produced All Night Appetite can be heard on Melbourne radio station 1116 SEN Monday to Friday.

Crocmedia Australia’s Content Producer Andrew Lowther became a published fiction writer in December. Lowther was one of four authors featured in a book of short stories.

The book tells the stories of a group of disjointed neighbours living out an existence in an inner suburban street.
